Booked airport transfer to and from a house in a resort 20 minutes from the airport. Had previously used another company no bother. ShuttleDirect queried the address, despite them having the right address I sent them map and coordinates twice as they didn't read the first reply properly. Confirmed the address finally after I asked them to and sent invoice for an additional 12 Euros with no explanation. Queried and they sent a quote from their T&C only, literally in quotations. Increasingly blunt correspondence.
Cancelled both transfers (which didn't warn me about 10 Euros admin fee on both until the cancellations were accepted) - other companies don't do this either.
Won't ever be using again, not recommended for anyone.

We booked a transfer from Puerto De la Cruz to the Airport but they didn't show up. They advised us to get a taxi & we would be reimbursed.....that was in November & no refund they ignore all calls & emails. Total Scam.

Booked speedy shuttle from Alicante to Benidorm...couldn't fault.But on way back there was nothing speedy about it...went round the whole of Benidorm and didn't leave for a further 40 minutes.The whole point of paying extra was for a speedy experience. Will not use them again..

Never book anything from Shuttle Direct!
Shuttle Direct was a terrible experience in November 2022. Despite a pre-booked trip to the airport and advance payment, no car arrived as agreed. We called Shuttle Direct 6 times to call for the car, after that Shuttle Direct stopped answering the phone. We have complained in writing, but after 6 weeks we have still not received a refund. Stay far away from Shuttle Direct

ZERO STARS!!! They are SCAMMERS!!! DON T BOOK WITH THEM! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID WITH THEM!!!! I booked a taxi for Alanya Turkiye prior with this agency. On the day of arrival at the airport Antalya there was a delay. Based on their conditions they need to wait 3 hours. Instead the driver went away didn't want to wait and was very rude at the phone. We lost our transfer in the middle of the night, lost our booking fee and had to pay a very expensive new transfer with a new agency we found at the airport at Antalya !!!! They stressed us already in the beginning of our vacation!!!! And they refuse to refund us. They are THIEFS and SCAMMERS!!!!

Booked for a private transfer.
Arrived at airport and reported to kiosk as per instructions.
We were told to take a seat and wait. I asked how long, and was told up to 20 mins.
Was then led outside to the taxi rank, and put in a cab. Had I wanted to use a cab - I wouldn't have booked a private transfer.
I queried with the supplier when I returned and was told their T&Cs allow them to substitute the vehicle type without liability.
You have no rights with them. Absolute sham.

Never showed up to bring us to airport.avoid at all costs,impossible to get through to customer service,had to pay 75 euro to get to airport in a taxi.trip with shuttle direct was already paid for,benidorm to alicante airport....avoid...

our flight was delayed over 3 hours and they would not arrange to pick us up at a later time. they did not refund the money. also when we rang the driver to try sort something out he was really rude and then hung up on us. because of this i will never use them again or recommend. the service i paid for was not provided, there is absolutely no reason a full or part refund should have been given. they received money for nothing. i paid €98 for that transfer.
they say this was in the terms and conditions if the flight was delayed or cancelled but it shouldnt be and as a gesture of good will they should offer full or partial refunds to customers. ended up having to pay €100 for a taxi transfer.

Be cautious if using ShuttleDirect. They provided good service in past years but not currently. We had a vehicle booked for pickup at the Amsterdam airport on Sept 10, 2022; the driver was a NO-SHOW. Attempts to resolve using the emergency/after hours contact number were not successful. Someone actually answered the phone but explained that they were only another driver who could not help. We took a private taxi after a two-hour wait. Because of this, we cancelled our (pre-paid) reservation for our hotel pick up two days later.
I requested a refund which (I was told) should happen within 28 days. I have not received anything so far and my last two emails have gone unanswered.

I’ve used shuttle direct for 2 trips in the last couple of months and both times they have been great. The first time was 6 adults from Palma to magaluf, the 2nd was from Faro to Albufeira. Always on time with courteous drivers and good communication

Expedia Service works in Barcelona with a very bad shuttle service "Shuttle Direkt" Represented by "from2" one of the most dubious companies at Barcelona Airport. Please save all the money and take a taxi, which costs the same as a shuttle. There are enough taxis available 24/7 at the airport! Expedia Service arbeitet in Barcelona mit einem ganz schlechten Shuttle Service "Shuttle Direkt" Vertreten vom "from2" eines der unseriösesten Unternehmen am Airport von Barcelona. Bitte spart Euch alle das Geld und nehmt euch ein Taxi, was genauso wie ein Shuttle kostet. Es stehen 24h/7 genügend Taxen am Airport bereit!

- Absolutely horrible customer service
- In the booking process, it said that I would be picked up at my hotel - after I purchased the tickets, I was informed that my hotel was not on their route, so I would have to go at a pick up point.
- I had to call the local company that actually operates the route myself to get my pick up time - why don't Shuttledirect take care of that?!
All in all, I would advise you to look book your fare through another company, as this was a very frustrating experience for me.

Whilst I (now) appreciate that they are a broker service rather than providing their own transport, I am really disappointed in how the broker allocated my travel as a single female where I was left until last on the bus by a driver who knew there were 2 hotels with similar names but just dumped me & drove off at nearly midnight. Was promised a quick transfer but it took over twice as long as suggested. Wish I’d used public transport.

I wish I had read some of these other reviews before booking with them directly. Like so many others, they were a no-show at Vienna airport. And after I lodged a report with them, they said they needed 28 days to investigate. After which when I followed up with them, they basically wrote me a rude email saying I was lying and the claim was false

Absolutely horrendous service. Firstly told our stop upon arrrival would be 3 stops, when in fact this was 7 stops.
Secondly upon departure it was not made clear to us where pick up was (different than drop off). No phone call to check on us, whilst we stood outside the hotel waiting and waiting! Have had to book a taxi last minute. Nearly missing our flight! The lady that we spoke to was rude and clearly no empathy.
